ALLM: Auto Low Latency Mode.
Latency is often triggered as an important topic while playing the games and when we are trying to see more into it we see this as called as Xbox Series X|S Feature like Auto Low Latency mode. Low Latency mode is currently supported in supported displays only and it should be ON by default if you have the display. With this low latency your input should be reflected as quick as possible to the Display. ALLM is not at all concerned about Multiplayer and it is about having display properly configured to the edge to have your inputs properly displayed and responded. So where does this helps!
- Some scenes such as sky in one frame and some characters, NPC's crowd handling sometimes makes the FPS low and Latency of your input becomes low. So in this case while randering the input will be put forward and ALLM will assure the FPS drop is handled and your input is properly responded.
- In short the HDMI and display will act as completely in sync and there will be no lag displayed in the output on display. This mode is activated to have Faster gaming and responsive gaming and due to TV's resolution or upscaling internally the game should not affect that is taken care of here.
